Today i called Cabela’s three times and got put on hold once told to call back later and hung up on so i drove the 45 miles to look for a Clam ice fishing shack and when i arrived i was told by a sales man that they were sold out so i grabbed a couple small items and walking out the door i noticed one of the shacks i was drove all that way was on the floor and another sales man said i could buy the display model if i wanted but i told him i will look somewhere else so a drove another 25 miles south to Scheels and was greeted with smiles and the sales man was very helpful . I walked out buying the shack i wanted and applied for a new credit card . I just wish i could transfer the 1,500 bounus points i have on my Cabela,s card to my new Scheels card .To make thing worse one of the small items i purchased at Cabel’s was a small spool of fishing line witch had no line on it after i opened up to put it one my new $125.00 ice fishing rod and reel i brought a week before .I will gladly drive the extra 25 miles every time i need some outdoor equipment and good service .

Alan went out of his way to show us a well desire of a great customer service in business of Cabela’s saleman. Alan was Kind and very knowledge of fishing rod, crappie poles,credit card which my husband was approval and I got me a new rod (OMEGA PRO) and we buy those two crappie poles.
