  1. You need to fix your survey program. I accidentally grabbed wrong receipt for survey & got invitation expired message. Now no matter how many times I exit my browser & return to the site it either lets me put in the 4\22\21 receipt info then tells me the invitation is expired(IT ISN’T) or it just keeps opening straight to the invitation expired (so screw off) page! I like your food but your IT’s website setup sucks.

  3. Hardees, Store#1503409 , Milford Plaza , 698 N. Dupont Blvd. Milford Delaware 19963.
    This was the most surprised experience in customer service that I have experience in a long time at a Hardees. Most of them in the Dover, Camden areas are awful in service and cleanness.
    The Milford store was great in greeting, asking questions, not rushing through the ordering, thanking several times with a smile, making sure everything was to our to our liking. It shows in the management training and the great respect for the management and fellow workers that all working there enjoy their jobs. This shows up in the way they come across to their customers. I wish all the others would take note in this customer service policy which is not followed in the rest of the Hardees in this area. A very pleased customer with the Milford Store. Even the money receiver was happy to see us at the drive up window. Not in the process of taking money, but concerned in us the customer. KEEP UP THE PLEASENT ATTITUDE! and great service ,I will be back along with friends and family.

    My husband and myself visites the location on 2nd street in El Cajon, CA to order a few things. We ordered through the drive thru and as we approached the window we asked the young lady if we are able to use the coupons. She asked if we entered the coupons, as a customer at a take out restaurant what does that even mean? She closed the window then proceeded to enter the coupons and gave us a new total. We paid for our items. I asked my husband to pull in a parking spot next to the restaurant to check our food to make sure the correct items were inside the bag. We noticed 1 item was missing, I proceeded to call the restaurant and received no answer. We get back into the drive thru line and explain that we are missing 1 item very politely. The same young lady didn’t apologize she said to pull up to the window. We get to the window and hand her the receipt. The she looks back at her co- worker and grabs the sandwich. As she hands the sandwich to my husband she still doesn’t apologize. The restaurant makes a mistake and doesn’t own up to it. Their customer service sucks and needs to learn what customer service is all about. This young girl was so unprofessional, that she doesn’t belong in customer service.

    6:40 PM.
    Very disappointed in service – watch my order sit on the warming table for nearly 5 minutes while the employees were busy running to the back, taking more orders and standing around,
    I really don’t enjoy warm (not hot) dried out sandwiches. The Big Hot Ham N Cheese WAS one on my favorites of all fast foods – getting it cold and dried out ruined that for me, and I cannot even complain through the Survey!!

  7. I was just at a Hardee’s for breakfast as I had just got off of work. I have always raved about Hardee’s breakfast. Today was another story. For as expensive as their breakfast is, it was cold. There is nothing worse than eating cold eggs. Also I was unable to fill out a survey as I never received a receipt. Usually they are really good about taping one to the sack. Not today. I was very disappointed for the price that I paid. It will be a while before I return to that Hardee’s again.

  8. The service at this restaurant was poor in the middle of taking my order the associate stopped and started making burgers for other orders leaving another associate to finish taking my order. The associate wrang up the wrong sandwiches. Waited over 30 minutes to receive my order other customers after me were served their order before I received mine. The store in question is Carl’s Jr 1102552 located at 20 South 1550 West Brigham City Utah 84302.

  10. I went to your Carl’s in Yuma, Az 101353 on 5/22 @ 1:01 pm. I tried doing your survey but not get in So I just wanted to say it sucks to go to a drive thru with one worker helping 1 car at a time. I mean take their order take their money and give them their order than help the next car. This is ridiculous for a fast food. The service was poor especially because of what you charge it is crazy to order 2 combos and pay almost $30. Just reminded me of why I stopped going there after it being one of my favorites.   12. Not happy about the food quality. Went to a Carl’s Jr in 7162 Broadway, Lemon Grove CA for what we thought would be an excellent lunch like we have had many times there. We ordered a super star meal, a western burger meal, no sauce fries no salt, and onion rings. What we got was the two meals, fries had salt and the onion rings had so much salt on them that the salt was all you could taste. So the meals to us were ruined. As for the drinks my husband got what he wanted, I did not. I wanted the raspberry ice tea that machine dispenser didn’t work so I opted for root beer, still not what i wanted. when leaving I asked the only person at the counter “When did you guys start putting salt on the onion rings?” he replied “About 15 minutes ago and if you didn’t want salt you should have told us. ” I replied “I ordered no salt on our fries and still got salt” I then walked out of that store. The thing that makes it so bad was not a month ago we had a great meal there, that is why we only went there. I am not sorry to say that We will not be returning to that Curls Jr again.

  15. I just visited your store#1101100. The gal wearing the managers shirt was rude. I asked for “no onion” on my burger and she rang up “no tomato.” When I tried to correct her, with an attitude, she said, “You said no tomato.” Disregarding the attitude, the phrase “you said…” should never be stated in the customer service business! “I heard…” or “Sorry, I heard…” should be used instead. This changes the statement from accusatory to accepting culpability. I was a manager in retail for 40 years and would not accept my customers being treated in this fashion.   16. I went to the 327 store in Bend ,Oregon and while I was ordering, the drive-thru person couldn’t hear so I had to keep repeating myself. I also had to correct the order 3 times. When I got to the window I was greeted by the “District Manager and told that I cursed out the attendant and that I was being rude none of which was true. I was told I wouldn’t be served. As a previous General Manager of the 327 store this is unacceptable. I’ll never go back!

  20. Tonight at Hardee’s in Selmer TN. At 5:32 pm, my wife and I went through the drive thru. We ordered a small hb chicken sandwich meal and medium super star meal, we were asked to pull up to wait. When the meal arrived 16 minutes later the chicken sandwich was not as ordered and the fries were stale and soggy. For the length of time we had to wait we felt compelled to complain.

  22. I go to Hardee’s #1503025 in Rolesville North Carolina almost every day as my sister is up here recovering from surgery and likes your breakfast. She is allergic to eggs and I can’t tell you how many times the order is messed up with EGG on it. And I can’t tell you how many times they are out of stuff. One time they didn’t have Coke Zero for over a week?? I don’t understand why there are so many problems at that place? Can you tell me??? While waiting for my drive thru order at store 1101651 in Oklahoma City, I heard a man, I believe he was either the store manager or assistant manager, cussing loudly using the F word several times and speaking disparaging comments about women. He was either talking on the phone or to someone sitting in the restaurant. The girl working the window apologized for his behavior. She is an outstanding worker.

I come there at least 3 times a week and this happens at least a 3rd of the time, mostly on weekends when the A Team is off. 1 thing they get right is charging me for the cheese and not giving it to me.   32. The Hardee’s in Angier is horrible! I got a cold big cheeseburger that the hamburger looked and tasted like it was microwaved! The cheese wasn’t even melted yet I waited for 5 min for my meal. You can literally take your finger run it across the inside of the bun and slide. I called and talked to a supposively manager she said anything ordered after 8:30 was made to order. That’s a flat out lie. This cheeseburger isn’t even hot, the cheese wasn’t even melted snd seriously the hamburger has been cooked or reheated in the microwave. The tea is just about old! I am so pissed. I should have sat in the line at McDonalds after this mess. Yes! The hamburger is in the bag and it’s going back

The man (Sam) working the window is the nicest person I have ever met at any Hardee’s anywhere, and I’ve been to a lot of them. In my opinion he should be working in some 10 star hotel somewhere. He actually made this customer feel that way. My food was fast, hot,and really good.

  34. We love Ms. Jensen, but we realize she can’t be there from open to close. Every time we go there is only 2 people there helping customers. They never get the order right and when they do Ms. Jensen is there. Things need to change at the store or shut it down. They are also constantly out of cups, lids, napkins, and not sure what else.

  35. I visited Carl’s on 5 Dec 21. I completed the required information. I got a message that, based on my information, I was denied validation. This is what I filled in: store #1101616, Date 12/5/2021, Time 11:57/24, Age Over 16, I got the message that the information said that the information disqualified me from finishing the format. I am a regular visitor at least once a week, there are at least 3 persons. I fill out the info on each occasion, as I started on the 5th of Dec. on 28 Nov, my bill was $61.4, as there were a number of guests. All went well. Comes now, an order of lessor value of $17.27 on 12/5/21, and it was declined, with no reason and it did not allow me to re-enter the information.   38. My husband and myself were in the Breezewood, Pa. store #1503208 on 12-5-21. This is the worst hamburger we have ever. had. The meat was like it was boiled and looked grey. I guess we were stupid for eating this but I guess we were so hungry we thought it would be okay. Well, my husband has been sick all week with stomach problems and it’s been six days. I worked in the food industry for 30 plus years and I never complain but your stores need to improve what is going on.

  41. The cashier Arcelia at this restaurant in Brawley, Ca. was very rude and did not want to give us any mustard or mayo pkg.
    She said that they don’t have mustard anymore since they don’t sell hot dogs.
    You kno what I always like Carl’s Jr. with mustard I have been eating them for years.
    I feel that this place has no customer service at all and the way they refer to us as customers is very disappointing.

  42. Went to your store order a buy one get one free hand breaded chicken sandwich. Ordered both of them with cheese and bacon one lettuce wrapped. I received the sandwich with pickles only and the lettuce was not eatable. Also the zucchini and onion rings had a fishy after taste as if the frying oil was old.   48. We went the the Carl’s Jr in Buckeye AZ store#1101756 today, 1-1-2022. While at the taking our order we were told they only had small cups. We said that is fine. Then while at the window waiting for food the girl handed us our receipt and said we are waiting on fresh fries can you pull around to the front. We waited another 5 min and watch another patron try to enter the place but the doors were locked. When the girl brought us our food she said they are locked because they are short staffed. Fresh fries means hot! Like burn mouth and fingers. These fries were not hot, they were barely like warm. So we were lied to!. Then we got into our burgers. Cold!!!! The cheeses were not even melted!!! Totally lied to!!! And on top of that the doors are locked so we could not return the food with it going through the long line in the drive thru.   49. order#30143449933853, 1/2/2022 Waycross Ga. 0740 am. I went to your store for the first time since they re-opened. The outside of the chicken i had was almost burnt. Half way though the chicken patty it was still not cooked. The lemonade was not lemonade more like water with a yick taste to it. However the hash browns were cooked and warm. The sandwich and drink was trashed. Guess i will not be going back. Its a shame because before it closed down because of the Covid me and my wife ate there every Sunday, but not anymore. I hope you can correct this problem.

  51. I used the app to order online to expedite my order because I was on the way to work. I ordered at approximately 5:50 PM JANUARY 4TH. It takes me 10 – 15 minutes to drive to the restaurant. Stopped at the speaker and told the lady that I had an online order and gave her my name. There were 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, the girl asked what my order was and she punched it into the register and told me how much I owed. I told her that I had already paid because it was an online order. I waited quite a while and finally got her attention. She said that she was waiting for biscuits. I told her to give me my food because I was on the way to work and couldn’t wait any longer. It was approximately 30 minutes from order to getting my food. The app is useless if it is going to take that long to get food! Order number 905731. It is very unlikely that I will ever order online again!

  52. The commercial for Carl’s Junior has a grill so why are the hamburgers cold? I bet any employee that works there makes their lunch makes sure that their Patty is hot & perfect fries hot and fresh come on people customers who go there to get a burger should receive a hot Burger the cheese is not even melted when you received the burger

You it’s a coupon for buy one get one free and you have to buy something else. I can get those coupons out of the paper without getting misled by your false advertising on your survey. Carl’s Jr sucks. Why don’t you give me survey about you lying to me.

After my last visit to Carl’s Jr., I filled out the survey on the website and got a validation code for “buy one at regular price and get one free…burger….” Today I returned an ordered two Jalapeno Double Cheeseburgers. The cashier was unable to use the code for the special, and the shift manager told me it didn’t apply to Jalapeno Doubles. No such restriction was indicated on the receipt with the offer.
    Not a very good way to encourage repeat customers!

  60. I gave a coupon for reduced price comb. The coupon was recieved at the drive thru. They still charged me 10 dollars for a small combo. This particular store charges almost 3$ more for combos then the menu board advertises. And my coupon meant nothing

Went into Carl’s Jr. store # 104255 at 1:03 p.m. the cashier Rachel was rude and felt like she was being racist as soon as we walked in she tell me and my husband if we don’t have our masks on no service we went to get our mask and she takes our order doesn’t repeat our order to make sure it’s right she just hand the receipt to my husband and walks away then another customer comes in and has no mask she did not tell them to put a mask on, when our order was ready the tossed my order on the counter as if it was crap she was giving us, why work in customer service with a bad attitude like that, also there was an employee that wasn’t wearing a mask I will not be returning back to this Carl’s Jr. terrible experience for us

  67. I had a terrible experience at the Hardee’s in Racine on Hwy 20 and 31. Kayla seemed to have a problem hearing me but after she clearly heard my Order, gives me my change, never says thanks or anything, then proceeded to throw my food on the counter and walks away. She should be fired. Check the cameras. I was there on 02/09/22 at 7:45 am . She was a miserable person and terrible to deal with.

  68. I just placed an order at Hardee’s 1503528. My experience was horrible. Had to repeat my order three times. Got to the window, paid for my order and looked at the receipt. Order was STILL wrong. I told them it was wrong, repeated what it should have been, was asked “So you don’t want bacon?” I said that I wanted a Double Bacon Beast Burger and a standard Double Cheeseburger with no ketchup. I was then looked at like I had two heads. After the brief moment of silence. They said, “Ok”. I was then asked to pull forward. When I finally recieved my order. I looked in the bag to make sure I had two burgers and prayed they were correct. Boy was I wrong. I get home and the Double Bacon Beast Burger has no onion, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, pickle or special sauce. So, not only was the first sandwich wrong, but the second was as well I was charged for TWO Double Bacon Beast burgers.Which means, I was overcharged for the Double Cheeseburger no ketchup I ordered AND I got charged almost $7.00 for a burger that has two patties, bacon and cheese. Horrible experience, awful order taking, inability to make correct menu items and questionable customer service. I do not want any coupons. I want to be refunded for my terribly botched order.

    I ordered no lettuce on my double bacon beast sandwich. Not only did it not have lettuce on it, it didn’t have anything on other that bacon and cheese. I paid $10.57 for a double cheeseburger with bacon. NOT Happy at all. Called the store, got greeted with a HELLO, didn’t even give the store name and got absolutely NO WHERE!!! Your customer satisfaction is horrendous!!! Without customers. how do you plan to stay in business???

    This isn’t the first mistake at this store!!! Not sure why I go back to receive sub par quality or service.

  75. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience yesterday afternoon at Hardee’s store # 1503683 in Hampton, Va. I ordered a Western Bacon Burger and paid $6.01 The burger was not fit for a dog to eat. It was so dried out with burnt crunchy bacon and a hard stale bun. The only thing that was fresh on it was the piece of cheese that was laid (not melted) on top of it. It had clearly sat there for a long period of time and should never have been served. In the garbage it went. I called and spoke to the manager and went back and got a refund. Obviously, the employees, including the manger need trained better in customer service. Very disappointing experience.

  77. Hi I purchased some breakfast from Hardee’s yesterday morning & they served me food that was bad or expired. I have pictures as well as the time & date I received the meal. I ate some of it as well as my little sister, I placed the rest of the food in the refrigerator for two hours and the egg was green on sausage biscuit. I need this situation to be handled or I will be filing a lawsuit.

    On 04/13/2022 and Karla was extremely rude to me, then was arguing with customers in the drive through and telling people in the back don’t argue with anyone in the drive through just turn the speaker off and they’ll leave…..I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or bringing problems from home in, but she needs a stern warning because she wasn’t customer friendly at all this day.

    I ordered a Beyond Burger today, 4/14/22 @ 12:56p. I asked for no cheese, with pickles and a senior discount. I was asked to pull ahead and wait. After a few minutes, I received a lukewarm burger without cheese or pickles, the spine of a lettuce leaf, a green tomato slice and no pickle. I was charged full price of $6.99 plus tax for a total of $7.51, obviously no senior discount. Really disappointed in the entire experience with the exception of Emily the cashier who was at least, cheerful. I tried to complete the survey at tellhappystar.com and the system wouldn’t allow me to complete it! I won’t go to Carl’s again.

  81. I had to go back 2 times before I received all of my food. The first time when we placed our order we got someone else’s food had to take it back and wait for them to make our food only to get home and nitride we did not get all our food to drive back and tell them what had happened only for the manager to yell through the drive through that we had gotten all of our food. If that was the case I would not have driven back there. We will not be going back to the Hardee’s in Middletown on Breiel poor service and rude manager

I bought the Frisco burger but it didn’t have bacon on it like it’s supposed to but I started eating it anyway and in the middle of my sandwich I found a long hair that I got in my mouth, it was disgusting.   90. I went for breakfast, when we got home the hash rounds were pretty much raw not cooked all the way. My sausage biscuit the sausage must have been from yesterday. The sausage was so over cooked that it was basically hard and petrified. At least my dogs had breakfast.

  91. Store # 1100517 on 5/13/22 driver thru. This is hard to believe, but I got a 1/3 lb burger with only half a bun. I look all over on the floor, in the bag No bottom bun. I went to the drive up window receipt #303676, the drive up empties into a one way street. So I couldn’t turn around to go in to correct my order. This was probably a anomaly, and won’t prevent me from patronizing Carl’s Jr.

  98. Store on North Roan St, Johnson City Tn, gave my order and receipt to someone else so do not have the store number. So it took another 20 minutes to get my order. I took a picture of the burnt cheese burger, it was crunchy.
    Sorry I could not post it here.
    Also noticed with my late lunch I exceeded your sign that indicated we could not stay in the store for longer then 30 minutes. Sorry about that.
    Do not think I will be back.

  99. Yes I just wanted you to know how unprofessional your manager is at store number #1101704. I called in to let her know that I had purchased a California Burger that I found a hair in and she wanted to Chastise me by saying that no one hair was in my sandwich and if I wanted a refund then I needed to dig through my trash and bring her back the burger that I threw out because it had hair in it. I explained to her that I had a picture of the hair and the burger along with my receipt and she said that I had to bring her back the burger that I had thrown away. I understand that maybe you guys policy after looking at my receipt but customer service is a all time low . The fact that she was trying to imply that it was my hair is ridiculous because I’m bald . I hope that you guys get to the bottom of this as I can report this to the State health department and make a real stink about this situation.
