  5. We went to Lowes on Virginia Beach Blvd to purchase patio chairs. Store employee Melinda went out of her way to be helpful in the selection, purchase, and getting help to load the chairs into the pickup. We checked out with Donna who was pleasant, personable and helpful. These two ladies made our store experience pleasant. Due to them, we will definitely shop there again.

  6. I was not satisfied with the customer service at the Wilkes Barre PA location. I wanted to purchase a firepit and needed help taking it off the shelf. I went to the Customer Service desk and the employee stated she would have someone assist me. I went back and located the firepit I wanted, and waited and waited and waited. I decided to remove the item from the shelf (thankfully it was not as heavy as I thought it would be) and proceeded to the check out. I have always been asked if I need assistance at every other Lowe’s store (I also shop at the Watertown NY location), but not at this store. There were few associates to assist customers. Not sure I will shop at the location in the future.

  11. I went to Lowes in Richland, Washington and was trying to purchase three different items to help us move forward on some home improvement projects. Matthew was incredible and made the trip at Lowes rather painless. I had a second battery to purchase for our WORX yard equipment to have a second ready to go when one runs out of its charge. Matthew entered it into his little device and said they had them right there in the store. He took me to where they were and he studied and compared the old one with the new one and explained that even though the model of the old wasn’t listed on the package, “it said that it would be compatible with the equipment.” I then asked him that obviously if it didn’t work we could bring it back. He replied, “absolutely.” The next item was the rubber thing in your kitchen sink garbage disposal with the triangular things that block things from either going down or coming back up. Neither of us knew what it was called but he understood what I was trying to describe. Then we moved onto the bands that go around your hot water heater in case of earthquakes. He politely asked if there was anything else I said not today you have made my shopping extremely successful, thank you. Way to go Matthew!!!!!

  13. I don’t do surveys, so thank you for this opportunity to applaud Jaime at the Casa Grande AZ store. I had questions about some doors I needed and became confused more than ever reading descriptions on the computer so I called the local store. Jaime answered everything and said he’d be on duty at opening time the next day. If he has to be there early, so will I. The cashier who greeted me had a schedule of employees for the day–I was impressed with that. Jaime was there and I got my doors, which he carefully inspected to make sure all the hardware was there. Then he loaded them into my truck!

    This comment area gives me a chance to say what is on my mind, thoughts that are not necessarily on a survey. Thank you for a well-lit, well-stocked store, for the great shopping help by your employees, caring service from everyone, and for always having a CLEAN store and parking lot. I want to specifically point out a female clerk you took the time to give me information of a product that no one else knew anything about, she came over from another register to take over and help me. this is not the first time this clerk has help me. Another time I ordered 6 roles of sod and I needed help badly so she called for someone to come over and help me. I waited 15 minutes no one came ( they never do)she seen me still waiting and came over to my suv and started loading my suv . I told her please don’t break your beautiful nails on my account and she giggled and said” that’s ok” A conscientious worker is very rare this days and needs to be acknowledged please.

  21. I was at lowes 3 times in a 7 day period I needed items loaded into my car (top soil. marble chips and pavers. Barry walked over and offered to help the first day and then loaded the top soil ) Same thing on the 2nd day and on the third day there was no one around outside to assist. This was at the Lowes clearwater store. Fortunately me daughter was with me and she loaded 3 bags of marble chips and 5 bags of top soil every bag of top soil was ripped and my vehicle needs vacuumed out. Barry deserves some type pf special recognition.

  22. Walked into Garden Dept., found the display of Spray for fungus on my vegies instantly upon walking in and out in less than 3 minutes. The cashier was her usual friendly and prompt at her job duties, as all my visit I make with her. She’s an access for sure.

    The display change at the cashier’s line up are awesome now. Those prior items are more in a location whereby the customers can take their time and read instructions, as before you did not have the ample time to read the items you may had an interest in.

    Love how the store is clean inside and out. Keep up the good customer service skill sets by all you employ in the Spring Hill store.

  24. I was in the Lowe’s at 872 Rte. 13, Cortland, NY 13045 last Thursday afternoon 7/29/21. I needed to buy a gallon of exterior acrylic stain for the railings around our swimming pool a deck. We had purchased some recently from another store and were not pleased with it. I brought a piece of the window trim that we are trying to match. I went to the paint counter and there was an older gentlemen on duty there. I can say older cause I’m that too. I told the man what I was looking for and he offered a couple of suggestions for manufacturers that you carry. He took the sample and put it under some kind of scope that helps match the color. I then decided on the brand that I wanted and he went and got a gallon. He added what was necessary and shook it all up. While it was mixing we had a great talk and he then mentioned that this is the same type stain that he used on his porch. He mentioned that it held up extremely well. Then I watched him open the gallon take some of the mixed stain on a cloth and put it on the sample that I had brought. He closed up the can and then turned a dryer on the fresh paint sample. Then he brought it to me and asked if I could see where he put the sample? WOW is all I can say. If I hadn’t watched him do that I might have said that he didn’t-but what a match I could not see a single bit of difference-a perfect match. I thanked him very much and went to the cashier. After paying I found a manager and told him what had just happened and how please I was. I asked the Gentlemen’s name and the manager told me his name is Larry and he is the only Larry working in the store. On top of being a great guy to speak with, he sure does know his job. Thank you Lowes and I guess you probably can figure out that I won’t being going anywhere except Lowe’s for my paint in the future. Thank you very much!!!   25. I visited your Lowe’s store, 2360 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA, to purchase insulation and Arrow T50 staples (1/2″/1250 count). I purchased the insulation but I refused to $12.98 for a box of 1250 count staples. As a matter of fact, the store is selling Arrow T50 staples (1/2″/5000 count) for the same price. The cashier confirmed both prices were correct. So I drove to a nearby Walmart and purchased the 1250 count staples for $2.97. I enjoy shopping at Lowe’s but someone needs to look into this price disparity–thanks.

The staff is so nice and Veteran friendly and they all know what customers want and they are so helpful at all times, for I had Chloe at checkout and she said thank you for your service to me for I am a Desert Storm Vet and I said you welcome and right there makes me want to come back all the time like I do. I had asked Chloe a few questions about plumbing and she had answers I did not think she could answer but she did, for that was just amazing!! This Lowe’s store is number one Lowe’s any where for I been to alot of them but this one is always cleaned and the staff is always there for you when ever you need them.   32. I usually go to my neighborhood Lowes in Newark, DE. They are friendly and helpful. The staff so often go out of their way to help. I find this in almost every Lowes that I go into. The items are often in stock and if not the staff will find a store with your item or have it shipped to your home. My Lowes card has been replaced once because I wore it out, love the 5 % off when you use your card.

  33. I have such good luck with dealing with the employees in the store in Harrisonburg, VA. First I have to compliment Eddie at the service desk who helped me with a matter concerning my special order of doors. He took care of my problem and answered my questions with great knowledge and patience. Secondly, I have great interactions with Marta who helped greatly with blinds that needed to be cut and others that had to be ordered. She also helped me when I purchased patio furniture. The staff in the store is great at multitasking and know their products well.

I went in to Store 1903 in Lakewood, Colorado to return 2 carpet sample boards and went back to flooring and put in to have 2 rooms measured and Alex Rolfsmeier was great helping me pick out the carpet that I would like to have and some water proof vinyl flooring.
