I stopped by Staples store in Pottsville, PA for couple of little things and was very surprised with warm welcome and very nice and friendly service from clerk named Josh, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about pricing and deals at store. Was very happy and satisfied with his help, so end up going back and picked me up a nice office chair, and Josh was on top of the line with his help and service again, Helped me carry it out and load up the box to my truck. Wanted to point out to management, people like Josh makes costumers want to come back, especially this hard times for are country, covid 19 , cold weather and other unpleasant things in life we go through, guys like Josh makes are days brighter. Thanks Josh! Keep up that great attitude! Best of luck to you my friend!

  6. I was greeted right away by a sales assistant who was thoroughly versed in all aspects of the store. I live in a rural area and it was about a forty-five-minute drive to the Staples store in Ocala Florida. I cannot say enough about the assistance my husband and I received. All the employees were quite friendly and helpful. I did not get the names but I do have all the numbers of the employees on my receipt. The associate that helped, # ID 1996720. This young man also checked us out. He was very knowledgeable and offered several suggestions about the product. I will definitely not be driving back to Gainesville, Fl. store. Staples in Ocala, Florida is now my “go-to” store for all my office supplies.

  7. I shopped at the Torrance, CA. store yesterday. A young lady by the name of Janelle was extremely patient with an old lady(me) while I was taking up time , going back and forth; making up my mind about the protection and assembly. I went with the protection and assembly. Janelle’s kindness, patience and overall knowledge was helpful.
    Janelle went above and beyond to make me well informed and happy. I give Janelle 100+++
    As I told her; There should be more positive people like her in customer service. I left with a good feeling, can’t wait to pick up my chair!

  8. I always shop at the Staples Store in the Broadway and Monona mall in Madison, WI. Today, March 9, 2022, I stopped in for printer ink and paper. I want to particularly praise Nina’s helpfulness and courtesy. It was a pleasure to work with her. Her service was outstanding.

I will give him the highest number there is because he made it easy enough for my grandparents to understand what they were doing!   10. William made me feel welcome when there was faces in the store that wasn’t welcoming until he spoke. There was a heavy feel when I came in the store yesterday, I saw that someone wrote a post about him and I needed to add my 2 cent into the comments as well. Staples of Patchogue is my new store. He explained the copy service to me and explained that he’s only been there for a month. I am glad they hired him because the patience level he has for kids and us seniors, is amazing. God bless him and his career at Staples. As well as Shawn Williams, I am going to give him a higher grade. I don’t remember what the grading is but it should be 100%!!!!!! Go William!!!!!

Twice I have tried to take this survey. 0801 2000 2619 1043 540 Evansville IN Clerk Baron He went way out of his way to help me get the ink I needed for printer and to get started with automatic ink supply.. I was afraid they would over bill me but he assured me that was not true.He was excellent and deserves recognition. Elizabeth Jones [email protected]. This is the last day, although I first tried last week. This system needs help. Thanks. Do not delete what I said! Red words came up.
