  9. I can not get the survey to open! The error message reads, “Unfortunately, it timed out”, and I wanted to provide a review for RONEE. She was great and helpful. It was so nice to work with someone who has patience and integrity. She helped with every question and I give her a 10 out of 10 for kindness, calmness, and caring. Kindness with all of my questions, calmness because it was a crazy time at the store and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed or unattended too, and caring because she asked me if I had any questions, if things looked right, and confirmed everything will arrive timely and with full reassurance that the FEDX process will work and my personal things will arrive safely and in a timely mannor with the returned labels.

Ora greeted everyone that entered the store and she kept a pleasant tone while trying to keep all the customers inside and the ones coming in and dropping packages making sure we got what we came for. I have an online business and “unfortunately” I’m using FedEx for shipping because I don’t have another option, I have had many problems with them, damaged packages and items not received, the annoying thing with them is they do not have good customer support, every time I call them over the phone, I feel that they just want to steal your money, they keep refusing to get your money back for any damaging box with a stupid excuse, also when I open a claim case there is No way to follow with them and check the status of the case, they keep saying will call you and if you miss this call for any reason they close the case right away, the professional way to contact people is via Email beside the phone call, so disappointed with FedEx Service, I hope they change their service to a better way,

  14. FedEx is ripping me off. I ordered my product on 11/22/21. Set to recv’ on the 24th but moved to 11/26/26(understandable). I called early morning 11/26 and was told it was on the truck and that I will recv’ it. I recv’d nothing; I called them late 11/26/21 and told the item(box) is not on the truck(BUT the ITEM MADE IT TO THE LOCAL STATION IN MY STATE NEAR ME – info given by tracker). This is a product that is not easy to get. FedEx employees are given them away and claiming them as missing then will go back to the sender claiming the package is missing even though it was scanned mid week. Type of product(legal) it is it runs out quick and the sender just don’t have them siting in stock.

My package has arrived at it’s destination precisely when it was originally scheduled to arrive.
